Does the idea of giving a presentation make you break out in a cold sweat? Do you need to give talks for your work but don’t know where to begin? Do you spend more time worrying about your presentations than working on them?
“Lauren is a skilled public speaker, tremendous coach, and great teacher. I took a public speaking group class with Lauren in Winter, 2014. After each session, I left feeling more confident in my skills and brimming with new ideas to improve presentations I was currently working on. Lauren actively helps her students in a way that doesn’t make anyone feel uneasy. She also follows up her classes with incredibly valuable one-on-one lessons, which could be used at any time. I would definitely recommend Lauren to anyone—whether you’re looking to completely overhaul your public speaking skills or just ‘brush up’ your presentations.”
You are a driven, passionate business professional or entrepreneur who knows that public speaking plays a key role in your success. You are ready to take the plunge and get started on your journey to becoming a confident, powerful public speaker. Now if only you could stop that queasy, shaky feeling that comes whenever you think about standing up to give a presentation…
If this sounds like you, then Public Speaking for Beginners and the Truly Terrified is the class for you!
“Lauren delivers a solid framework for getting over your fear of public speaking!”

No problem, it happens – you can use your one-on-one calls to get caught up on any class content you missed.
“Thanks Lauren for all your help! You’ve been great because you actually teach me how to apply the knowledge I’ve gained in real world scenarios. Your “drills” really work! I’m a much more capable speaker now than I was before. On top of that, I really appreciate how you tailor your sessions to what will help me the most in my business at the present moment.”

“I very much enjoyed the enthusiasm which Lauren brings to what she teaches. If you are like me and learn by practice and immediate constructive feedback then this is the course for you. The course Lauren offers is tailored more to your own personal needs, strengths and weaknesses and this is what makes the course so unique and valuable to me. I am so pleased that I chose it and can now integrate it into my every day life. I own my right to speak my mind at the same time with the ability to value and engage with my audience at the same time.”
